
Greater than 85,000 Kaiser Permanente employees have voted to ratify a brand new labor contract that can increase wages, promote elevated hiring and provides front-line healthcare workers a stronger voice on the job.
The employees, represented by the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions, voted 98.5% in favor of the four-year labor settlement that runs from Oct. 1, 2023 to Sept. 30, 2027. It impacts Kaiser workers in amenities throughout California, Colorado, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
Kaiser operates three dozen hospitals and greater than 500 medical workplaces all through California.
