A Vallejo break-in resulted in bloodshed Monday when a home-owner shot and killed an intruder, authorities mentioned.
The alleged burglar broke by the glass entrance door of a house on the 1000 block of Georgia Avenue round 9:43 a.m., mentioned Sgt. Rashad Hollis, the general public data officer for the Vallejo Police Division. The home-owner shot the suspect in “what seems to be self-defense” and the suspect was pronounced useless on the scene.
The Detective Division of the Vallejo Police Division took command of the investigation. Personnel might be seen carrying black trash luggage out of the residence Monday night whereas an officer spoke to a person.
A board lined a big gap within the entrance door of the home Tuesday morning and nobody answered the door.
It’s unlikely anybody can be arrested, Hollis mentioned.
