COALINGA — The person convicted of killing Kristin Good, who vanished from a California school campus greater than 25 years in the past, was hospitalized after he was attacked in state jail, his lawyer stated Wednesday.

Paul Flores, of San Pedro, was taken Wednesday from Nice Valley State Jail in Coalinga to an outdoor hospital the place he was in critical situation, in accordance with the California Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation.

The division didn’t verify that Flores had been attacked, with a spokeswoman saying through e mail that the circumstances surrounding his damage have been below investigation and particulars wouldn’t instantly be launched.

His legal professional, Harold Mesick, stated he was notified by corrections officers that Flores was attacked Wednesday, though he didn’t have any particulars.

“I simply pray for his restoration,” Mesick stated.
