FREMONT — A person was fatally shot Wednesday night within the metropolis’s central district, authorities stated.
His identify has not but been launched.
The person was shot about 5:10 p.m. Wednesday within the 3100 block of Walnut Avenue. Regardless of efforts by paramedics, he died on the scene.
A motive for the killing has not been decided but and no suspects have been recognized or arrested, police stated.
The killing is town’s fourth murder of the 12 months.
Police are asking enterprise house owners and residents residing close to the murder scene to evaluation video surveillance and notify detectives of any info that might assist in the investigation.
