
OAKLAND — The clerk of a liquor retailer on Worldwide Boulevard was shot and wounded whereas arguing with two patrons concerning the value of a bottle of alcohol, authorities mentioned.
The clerk, who was hospitalized however survived, was shot twice throughout an argument with two patrons who have been making an attempt to persuade him to decrease the value of explicit bottle of liquor. After the clerk flat-out refused, one of many patrons, a yet-to-be-identified man, pulled out a gun, the clerk would later inform authorities.
The clerk, fearing for his life, reached for his personal weapon, and the person fired twice, hanging the clerk, police mentioned. The 2 patrons reportedly left with out taking any gadgets.
