
OAKLAND — A Bay Space man has been hit with federal fees that stem from a February 2023 taking pictures through which he allegedly fired at a person who’d simply shot a spherical into the air, court docket data present.
Rufus Rogers, 44, was charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. The prison criticism alleges that on Feb. 17 Rogers and one other man argued outdoors of a liquor retailer on sixtieth Avenue and the opposite man shot a pistol into the air as soon as, prompting Rogers to fireside 3 times at him.
