
OAKLAND — One girl was killed and one other girl was badly injured Tuesday morning in a fiery two-vehicle collision on an Oakland freeway, authorities mentioned.
The title of the girl killed, who authorities mentioned was 44, was not instantly launched.
The collision occurred about 11 a.m. Tuesday on Interstate 580 east of Fruitvale Avenue, the California Freeway Patrol mentioned.
It concerned a Chevrolet Volt pushed by the 44-year-old girl and a Chevrolet Trailblazer SUV pushed by one other girl, the CHP mentioned. They had been the one occupants of the autos, in line with CHP Officer Adib Zeid.
