
Mill Valley police arrested a person on allegations he dedicated lewd acts in entrance of ladies in a faculty restroom.
The incident was reported Monday afternoon at Mill Valley Center Faculty on Sycamore Avenue. The preliminary report was that the person had entered the restroom and talked with the women, the police division stated. Police contacted Derrell Bland close by, decided he was the suspect, cited him on suspicion of trespassing, and launched him.
“Additional investigation by our officers found the male suspect had in truth entered the feminine restroom, briefly conversed with victims, uncovered his genitalia and proceeded to masturbate of their presence,” the police division stated. “It was additional reported that the suspect had tried to blockthe door behind himself as soon as within the restroom, inflicting the victims to really feel as if they had been being imprisoned throughout the restroom with no room for escape.”
Police arrested Bland on Tuesday and booked him into the Marin County Jail on suspicion of indecent publicity, false imprisonment, lewd conduct, trespassing and different counts. His bail quantity is $25,000. The reserving log lists Bland, 33, as a Mill Valley resident.
