
OAKLAND — Police right here have recognized a person who was lately shot and killed outdoors of a lodge on Worldwide Boulevard.
Walter Mancia Menjivar, 25, of Oakland, was fatally shot on shortly earlier than 1 a.m. on Sept. 27, on the 5700 block of Worldwide Boulevard. The capturing occurred simply toes from a lodge on that block, police stated.
