SAN JOSE — A person has died from accidents he suffered after a rubbish truck driver hit him in an early morning collision final month, police mentioned.

The collision was reported at 6:11 a.m. on Jan. 22 at McKendrie and Elm streets, close to the lacrosse and soccer fields for Bellarmine Faculty Prep off West Hedding Road, based on a San Jose police information launch issued Thursday.

A site visitors investigation decided that the driving force of a white rubbish truck was turning from southbound Elm Road onto westbound McKendrie Road when he hit a person strolling within the roadway.

The motive force stopped on the scene, and the sufferer was taken to a hospital with life-threatening accidents, and police mentioned he was initially in secure situation. However he died from his accidents Jan. 26. He has since been recognized by the Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s Workplace as Silvino Eloy Garcia, 59, of San Jose.
