SANTA CLARA COUNTY — A single-car crash left one individual useless on Interstate 280 early Saturday morning, the California Freeway Patrol stated.
The collision occurred after a male driver — who was touring southbound on the freeway — misplaced management of his car and hit the concrete lane divider south of El Monte Street in Los Altos Hills. Authorities had been notified of the crash at 3:35 am, and the motive force was quickly pronounced useless on the scene.
The freeway was closed to visitors from 4:48 am to five:26 am, the California Freeway Patrol stated.
The reason for the crash was not instantly identified. The motive force’s id was withheld pending affirmation and notification of his subsequent of kin.
