SAN QUENTIN — Serial killer Douglas Daniel Clark, who was sentenced to dying for six grisly murders in California throughout the early Eighties, has died of pure causes, officers mentioned Thursday. He was 75.
Clark, who’d been housed at San Quentin Rehabilitation Heart, died Wednesday at an outdoor medical facility, in line with a press release from the California Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation.
Clark and his confederate Carol Bundy had been dubbed the Sundown Strip Killers following a sequence of murders round Los Angeles beginning in 1980. The victims included teenage women and feminine intercourse staff.
Clark was convicted of a number of expenses together with homicide, tried homicide and sexual contact with human stays.
The Marin County Coroner’s workplace will decide Clark’s official reason for dying.
Bundy died at Central California Ladies’s Facility in 2003.
